ARIZONA PROJECT WET

Arizona Project WET (APW) supports teachers through professional development, educates students through real-life experiences and connects communities with K-12 schools and students, providing the most relevant, research-based water resources education in Arizona. The program utilizes 5 curriculum guides with Arizona-specific adaptations that are correlated to Arizona State Standards. APW offers statewide programming, with unique opportunities for students and educators to enhance their water resources knowledge, while focusing on development of 21st century skills like critical thinking, problem-solving, collaboration and communication. APW programs include a variety of teacher workshops, Arizona Water Festivals, Online Teaching Support Center, School Water Audit Program (SWAP), WSI In-classroom Presentations and the Water Investigations Program (WIP).
