Don Matson, owner of Cap's Grill, located adjacent to a light rail station in downtown Minneapolis.

Tony Weller, operator of Sam Weller's Zion Books in Salt Lake City.

David Edwards, a restaurateur and entrepreneur from Houston who has owned and operated several restaurants off the main rail line.

Bill Franks, executive vice president of Spire Realty in Houston and Chair of the Planning Capital Projects & Construction Committee of the Houston Downtown Management District.
