Last week we had a restaurant tour at the same time seminar in some restaurant at Tomas Morato. We first went to burgoo. Burgoo has an American dining concept means that the food they served is big like the food that the American’s eat. It was first established in 1999. In this restaurant we held our first seminar, the speaker was the general manager of the Burgoo. She discus about the kinds of meat, herbs and spices.

The first I saw the restaurant I thought maybe the food are delicious because we paid very expensive for us as to be able to attend the seminar and my first impression is true. The food are really good. The food we eat is steak with fried rice and corn veggie.
Our next destination after the burgoo was TGI’FRIDAY. We have a tour inside their small kitchen. I learned a lot while we are inside the kitchen, that is my first time to see live how the staff inside the kitchen worked. And it is very helpful to us to know the activities inside the kitchen but Im very disappointed to see that their kitchen is not very clean because the smell of their kitchen is smelly or bad because of the overflowing sink and the their garbage bag are full of junk, even though that it was happened I really adored the place. The ambience is very cozy, the interior is new, the staff are very friendly and accommodating. we had a very fun experience inside the TGI’F. after the kitchen tour we go to the seminar , then we go to small bar inside the resto we see live show of some bartender doing juggling of bottles and it was very impressive. After that we eat. The food maybe pricey but once you get to taste their delicious yummy looking food.
It was really good experience to us to have this seminar because we’ve learned a lot.
