How is your role in government different from an elected official?
As a judge, I’m not appointed by political parties, as well as I have to go through the Senates courses of hearings to view my prospective point of the constitution, my role as a judge is to make decisions based on the laws and constitution.

What is judicial review?
It when the court has the authority to examine an executive or legislative act, and deny any obstacles that go behind the constitution.
Please explain the role of judicial review in a case you recently decided.
As a Judicial review, the practice of using Amendment 8, which states “Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted” (BILL OF RIGHTS). For which no murder or other punishable crimes was committed, there is no need to put cruel punishment of sentenced to be served.
Please explain how you arrived at your decision, including different factors that affected it.
As I reflected upon my decision, we have bigger issues rather than sentence of 20 years, murder trials will last longer, that I can understand without bail, but as this was an unusual punishment, this had to be appealed in the U.S court, to stop any problems from furthering on.
