How the Ingredients Found In Beer are Beneficial to Our Health
Drinking beer for some people who likes to go to the party or just relaxing their body is a habit. However, some people think beer is the alcohol drink that effects bad habit, cause be hangover, and has high risks for some diseases. Besides that, some people consider that consuming beer intake too much can damage the body’s digestive system, kidney, and fetuses of pregnant women. Apparently that drinking beer has positive effects to our health as long as normally consumption though consuming of beer has the bad effects too such as bad habit, hangovers, and addiction. However, several study says that benefits of beer consumption is able to minimize some of disease symptoms. You can imagine how importants it is for our body. Researches from Finland has completed their study and says that drinking beer can reduce the risk of kidney stones by 40 percent. The connection between beer and kidney stones is to reduce the formation of calcium in human body.
The second useful ingredient is Malt. It contains with Vitamin B12, B6, zinc, and magnesium as well as some amino acid that are useful for the body to build proteins and prevent the symptoms of diabetes. Malt is the main ingredient used in the process of beer and of the 5 cereals (barley, wheat, oats, maize and rice) barley is usually used because it produces malt and flavour that their quality is guaranteed. The most commonly malted barley used for home beermaking is Pale Malt. The amount of Malt used in brew can affects fullness, flavour, and alcohol level of beer. Survey from University Medical Center in Amsterdam says that people who consumed 6 until 48 grams beer per day can help them to minimize the risk of diabetes by 30 percent.
The last useful ingredient of beer is Yeast or unicellular fungi. Without yeast beer is the same as tea or coffee with no alcohol because fermentation in beer obtained from yeast and producing alcohol and carbon dioxide. Researchers found that finest yeast which has good fermentation can help to minimize gastric acid. The diseases is dangerous because can irritate heartburn or injure the stomach. It means Yeast can minimalize producing acid in your stomach which is good for your health.
In conclusion, beer consumption have some benefits to our health and has vitamins that important to our body to prevent diseases, give strong antioxidant, and the risk of diabetetes though some people only concerned with negative sides of consume beer. Because of beer has some benefits to our health to reduce some diseases does not mean that you can consume bir as much as you want.
