Case: You are the event leader for a statewide exposition being held in the capital of your state. This will be a 3-day event in the middle of summer and will have indoor and outdoor venues focusing on the strong industries of your state. Your contract requires you to completely create and implement the entire event with 2 years' notice. The event needs a lot of creativity and organization. The event needs to focus on both young and old participants.

Who will attend? * Everyone will attend from the looker loos to businesses entrepanuers or businesses searching for new prospect and skill or talent. * General public from all over the United States and possibly from out of the country observing for a job or fresh perspectives. | The event will converse per three days over the summer: Benefiting students especially colligates off for the summer, but all vacationers or travelers looking for networking resources. Summer festivities with fair weather provides occasions for the event hosting indoors and outdoors activities as well as from early morning to late evening. It would be favorable if we can adopt the July holiday weekend, independence day theme would enhance the experience in everyway. Considering continued events for all intervals of the day, in the course of the event there will be activities inside and weather providing activities and purveyors hosting outside. | Event location at the state capital / independence day, also event continuance located at a banquet hotel, like our church does, furthering to convention centers. Garden teas in the hotel banquet area or poolside festivities will benefit the hotel by enticing patrons to stay at the hotel vie location convenience versus traveling. The hotel bars and restaurant will be open for convenience breakfast provisions free continental breakfast during the exposition. The bar and restaurant will also be open for lunch and dinner, available at an event discounted price with proof of exposition event guest attendees. | Event attraction to company participation for marketing their company and signature in addition attraction to patrons for successful interviews for the exact or best matches. Parking, signage, seating availability adequately supplied, for vehicle parking also proper allotment of hotel rooms for visitors and event attendance (vendors or guests.)
