It regularly will evaluate results and activities compared to its established goals, objectives, and performance measures (Pearce & Robinson, 2009). Metrotek will be accountable for work, actions, and behavior to attain business results. The company will make rational decisions that reflect its values. Because the company is determined to succeed, it will always pursue opportunities for continuous quality improvement. Also it will set direction for the future as well as the present.
