Kudler Fine Foods is a company that has an unparallel dedication when making the best of products and services available to their consumers. The main goal of Kudler Fine Foods owner Kathy Kudler was to have a high consumer satisfaction rate when her business was first opened. Currently, Kudler Fine Foods has three store locations in California and has a goal to expand the company further. Patrons of the company are encouraged to take full advantage of the classes and discount programs that the company offers. The way that Kudler has a high customer retention rate is because of the huge discounts they offer to their loyal customers.
Store managers for Kudler Fine Foods know how important their customers are to the company. Without the customer, there would be no Kudler Fine Foods. Managers know that bringing in more customers to their stores would in turn, increase store sales, which then would launch Kudler into higher profit brackets. In addition, Kudler Fine Foods encourages its suppliers to market their products in order to bring more consumers into the specialty food market.
Retaining loyal customers has been top priority at Kudler Fine Foods. Kudler never gives its competitors the chance to take a potential customer or current customer away from their brand. To ensure customer retention, Kudler Fine Foods provides its products at lower costs. Also, Kudler Fine Foods provides its consumers with excellent customer service and makes the shopping process for its customers easy and relaxed, to ensure customer retention. With their lower prices and great customer service Kudler Fine Foods has had the ability to create a certain loyalty to their brand, by retaining customers. With Kudler Fine Foods doing everything to maintain a strong customer base, the company is causing its competitors to spend more just to keep up with them.

Kudler Fine Foods has managed to build a solid reputation for its brand by providing great products and excellent customer service. By effective branding, Kudler Fine Foods has made sure that their customers associate their name with quality products and great customer service. Also, by delivering high quality foods and products, Kudler Fine Foods has seen high profits because their customers like to see that they are getting a more valuable product for their money. Without proper branding and innovation, Kudler Fine Foods would have a poor loyalty to their brand, which would cause the company to see a decrease in sales. Kudler Fine Foods understands that by constantly reinventing itself and providing great products that they will be able to reap high profits. The company has continually managed to reinvent itself, and provide a full service delivery when customers place their orders.
The use of internet marketing has greatly helped Kudler Fine Foods.
