CHAPTER 1: ORGANIZATIONAL BEHAVIOR
Organizational behavior is the study of both group and individual performance and activity within an organization. Internal and external perspectives are two theories of how organizational behavior can be viewed by companies.
Question that is asked in the Manager of Don Juan:
What are the common problems that your company/establishment usually encounter with regard to the organizational behavior?
  Actually for now, we doesn’t have any problems with our employees but there are times where we are having problems in our organizations like misunderstandings, lack of manpower and tardiness of an employee. Of course, everybody has their own attitude, ...view middle of the document...

Is your company aware on the management model you are using?
  Yes, we are aware on what model we are using and we are using the supportive model. This model relies on leadership. For example, managers support their employees by encouraging, and supporting them to perform a better job, get along with each other and as well as developing their skills. The Performance results will be awakened drives.
Do you think that the management model that your establishment is using effective?
  Yes of course. This model is very effective and it is proven by our establishment. With the help of this model, our employees are getting more interested in their wok and became motivated. We are using this model to support our employees even in a simple way for them to feel that they are also important to the organization.

CHAPTER 3: COMMUNICATION
Communication requires a sender, a message, a medium and a recipient, although the receiver does not have to be present or aware of the sender's intent to communicate at the time of communication; thus communication can occur across vast distances in time and space. Communication requires that the communicating parties share an area of communicative commonality. The communication process is complete once the receiver understands the sender's message.
Questions asked:
How do you communicate with your employees?
  We all have a time to talk before the operation of their jobs and it is called briefing. During our briefing, I am listening to their conversations regarding to the operations or the availability of the foods, and after that they have the time to give their comments, suggestions, concerns, opinions or even reactions. Because of that, I am also giving my concerns not only to the operation, but also my concern to the employees.
What is the importance of communication in your establishment?
  It is important to communicate well. It means that they can express their own needs and concerns. It is said that organizations cannot exist without communication. It is true. If there is no communication in an organization, employees will not know what they will have to do. Management will not receive informations and managers like me cannot give instructions. If the communication is effective, it tends to facilitate better performance and improve job satisfaction.
CHAPTER 4: SOCIAL SYSTEMS AND ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE

Is it important for the employees to know the culture of the company?
  Yes, it is very important for the company that all of their members know the culture on the establishment they are working on.
