LET’S TAKE OUR PORTFOLIO INTO CONSIDERATION.

II. Macro environment
II.1 The world macroeconomic:
* The growth rate:
The world economy is entering a dangerous period. A part of the financial volatility in Europe has spread to developing countries and other high -income countries that have not been affected earlier. The spread of this pressure increase borrowing costs in many parts of the world, and the stock market decline, while capital flowing to developing countries fell sharply. Europe appears to have entered recession. At the same time, the growth rate in several major developing countries (Brazil, India, Russia, South Africa and Turkey), significantly slower than earlier in the recovery process, mainly reflecting fiscal tightening policy began in late 2010 and early 2011 to against the rising in inflationary pressures. As a consequence, and despite efforts to strengthen economics in the United States and Japan, global growth and world trade slowed markedly.
Global economic growth rate from 2011 to 2013
Region | 2011 | 2012 | 2013 (est.) |
World | 3.9 | 3.2 | 2.9 |
Advanced economies | 1.7 | 1.5 | 1.2 |
Eurozone | 1.5 | -0.6 | -0.4 |
USA | 1.8 | 2.8 | 1.6 |
China | 9.3 | 7.8 | 7.5 |
Japan | -0.6 | 1.9 | 0.8 |
Developing countries | 6.2 | 4.9 | 4.5 |

According to estimates published by the World Bank, the global economic growth rate declined in most important economic regions including USA and developed countries, among them, the most notable is the decrease of the Eurozone. Most forecasts of international organizations have agreed to lower its forecast for economic growth of the regions and the world in comparison with 2011. Recession will not only take place in Western countries but also in all of Asia (especially emerging markets) which has always been seen as the motivation of growth of the world economy over past period.

* Inflation rate
Region | 2011 | 2012 | 2013 (est.) |
World | 5.0 | 3.7 | 3.5 |
Advanced economies | 2.7 | 1.9 | 1.6 |
Eurozone | 2.7 | 2.3 | 1.6 |
USA | 3.2 | 2.1 | 1.8 |
China | 5.4 | 2.7 | 3.0 |
Japan | -0.3 | 0.0 | -0.2 |
Developing countries | 7.2 | 6.1 | 5.8 |

Inflation rate in most of countries over the world fell quite speedily. The inflation rate in China stood at a high level of 5.4% in 2011, fell significantly by a half in 2013 and is estimated to raise up again to 3% this year. The inflation in developing countries remained at a high rate because of their easing money supplying policy and predicted to decrease just a little bit. Especially, in Japan, the negative figure pointed out that the country is facing deflation situation....
