《輪椅上的小鳥》這本書寫的是作者自己的內心故事,記敍作者自出娘胎就是一個患有嚴重痙攣的人,因為身體四肢不能自我控制和說話不清楚,而需要家人照顧日常的起居飲食,但作者沒有因為這樣而放棄自己的生命,雖然身體傷殘,但她樂觀知足,好學上進,活潑真誠,喜歡結交朋友,逛街和看書,八七年開始藉着輔助儀器,用口一次一吸操作電腦,每一次一吸都用盡她餘有的力氣去做,而這本書就是她以「心」用「口」寫成的,寫出她自己對人情,世事和信仰的感受。

看這本《輪椅上的小鳥》的每一個字,每一個身邊的故事都令我很感動,因為這本書的每一處都是作者以「心」用「口」寫成的,試問世界上還有幾個可以像她這樣堅强,看到這樣的她,真的感到很慚愧,自己擁有健康的身體,現在寫的每個字,都只不過是用一點氣力就可完成,但卻沒有作者那樣活得這樣有意義。

作者在書中寫過一句說話──「人生路雖然凹凸不平,但仍須努力去完成整個旅程,才是不枉此生。」這句話真的震憾了我,像作者這樣的人生,她也很努力、樂觀地去享受,真的令我突然覺得自己渺小,自己在這世上也活了十幾年,有時會逃避,逃避自己還是生存的感覺,有時感到幸福,但卻往往不知足,有時想要責備,責備上天我怎麼會是我。看完這本書,我就很希望可以像作者那樣,讓自己的人生不枉此生。

我相信這本書的書名就是作者想表達的意思,一個坐在輪椅上的人也可以像小鳥一樣展翅高飛,自由自在。

我看完《第二童年》這本書後,我也漸漸被書中的內容吸引,我十分同意作者的想法,我想這是一本成功的書,亦達到作者的目的,因為就是想法得到共鳴。我十分同意作者對二十世紀年青人的看法,其實我也想永遠是一位小朋友,不想長大,因為甜甜酸酸的回憶令我十分牽掛,我也十分認同作者的第二個童年。我一看書名,便十分好奇,難道我的一歲生日可以吃兩次生日蛋糕,我的十分無理的想法。令我喜出望外,便挑起我對這本書的開始。這本書的風格是寫出童年,完全表露無遺出作者的風格,我喜歡的其中一篇的短文是人以享受和睡覺為人生目的,通常這兩個詞語都是貶義的意思,但作者卻又作出一個異常的想法,「活著的時候,想睡便睡,死了便享受不到睡之樂」和「懂得享受是福」,這都令我被吸引的原因,我期待我第一個童年過去,希望長大後,也可以享受到我第二個童年。這本書令我更加珍惜我的童年,但活在這時候,我沒法不變成作者口中的年青人,我會更努力讓自己有一個美好童年的回憶。小時候,生活十分自由自在,無苟無束,甚麼事都有人在旁呵護、一起渡過。人大了,我真的變了,有時候也不懂自己在幹甚麼,發現世界太過現實了,只是要學會自己照顧自己也好不容易,還有其它甚麼──
