This value incorporates Hershey’s dedication to being a good corporate citizen and being an ethical company. Working for a company that shares my values on ethics and making a difference in the world inspires me to work harder for the betterment of the company as well as the lives we touch. This is evidenced by Hershey’s dedication to philanthropy such as the Milton Hershey School and the “Dollars for Doers” (2011, Noe/Hollenbeck/Gerhart/Wright, p. 56). We are one Hershey, winning together while accepting individual responsibility for our results. This value demonstrates Hershey’s dedication to teamwork for the common goal.
