For example, several negative comments on food would indicate a potential problem for a restaurant. External environment include opportunities and threats. Opportunities are the company may be able to exploit to its advantage. And threats are current and emerging external factors that may challenge the company’s performance. For example, the opportunities for the Hawaii are, there have many investors to invest in Hawaii, such as providing high quality hotel, restaurant, world class cruise and spas. And which attract many business people, they like to have meeting in Hawaii, also here is the one of the best place for honey moon. Threats could be competition between other islands. Such as Fiji and Maldives. Also, there have limited Land, hard to develop. And low employer for the local people, make quite lot local people can not affordable the life.
