This report deals with the internationalization of Elecdyne, a Japanese company, based in Tokyo. Elecdyne has manufactured a broad range of electronic products since 1990.
Currently, it employs 100 staff, which produces products such as mp3 players, televisions and hifi equipment.

It is an opportunity to Elecdyne to find new sources of growth for decades coming (Gavrilov and Heuveline, 2003). Needs, taste and leisure of the elderly are not the same as young people.Elecdyne must adapt their products for this segment, maybe with products more easy to handle (Hodin, 2011). |

| Importance of services |
| Elecdyne must find solutions for the Customer Relationship Management. Indeed, a good customer service allows differentiating themselves from competitors. The consumer researches such things as pleasure, safety, consideration, and feel customization.Elecdyne must put in place the processes necessary to meet these expectations.Service quality, satisfaction and loyalty constitute important factors to retain the customers. It is a part of image of the company that can spread over the world with the social networks (Markgraf, 1998). So, it is very important for Elecdyne to improve its quality of services towards their customers. |
| Female entrepreneurship |
| Developing and growing of female entrepreneurship in Europe (European Commission online, 2011).There are countries more womanly, where the female entrepreneurship is growing. Elecdyne's team must to adapt for to show more comprehensive, modest and understanding the needs. |

| Elecdyne has to innovate to face competitors. In this industry, the customers want the best quality and new products, so the effort of innovation and creativity should be continued (Harmeyer, 2007).For example, apple with their product « iPhone » has targeted a new segment, accessed on a new market. Innovation and differentiation are extremely important for a company like Elecdyne to increase its competitively.Elecdyne must create innovating products that must be easy to use for old population. Indeed, if Elecdyne wants develop in the future, it must to take into account the Ageing population and link it to innovation of technology (Stroud, 2006). |

| Internet is central in the lifestyle. A big part of the population uses the social networks.If Elecdyne want to differentiate from competitors and target a new segment of customers, it must create new products, which allow using internet. |
Economical | The globalization: |
| The globalization is a chance for Elecdyne to win customers and to access another market. Elecdyne wants to internationalize because it has not a competitive advantage in Japan. If, Elecdyne wants to differentiate from competitors, it must new markets with a great ask of electronics products.Emergent countries like China or Brazil represent a real opportunity for Elecdyne to internationalize. There are a big population and demand for electronics products continue growing Blythe (2007). |
