Marketing Project for seminar on HPO
We have given the project work of doing marketing for a seminar on “What makes an HPO?” which was held on 7th November 2012
We got this work on 26th October and we started the work for this on 27th October. On the very first day after getting the work we search the details about HPO organization, its founders and guests for the event through internet. This search help us in getting clear picture about finding our target people for marketing of the event. We have discussed this work with our teammates. This discussion is also extended for getting the contacts to which we will spread the event.

Simultaneously Shreejata asked us about the visits and the status of the visits
On the next day we asked the interested people to register for the event but all of them were told us to wait for some day. Then we tried to get more contacts to reach to more peoples. On that day we went to Fort as it is the area filled with corporate offices. We visited various organisations but none of them were interested except one financial firm. We were feeling very unhappy as we were unable to make them interested for the seminar. That day went very bad for us.
On third day we decided to visit Andheri as it is also corporate area. We visited some good companies like Nilkamal Ltd, Angel Broking(Corporate office), Zenith Infotech etc.Like the first the some of them were interested but none were willing to register at the same time. In some cases we found that respected officials to whom we should speak was not at the office. We told all the story of that day to shreejata which is simultaneously calling them before and after visit. We still didn’t got actual success but I feel that making them interested is also a kind of success only.
