Introduction
Learning is not only limited on the four sides of classroom. In school, learning process takes place for many hours of sitting and discussing anything related to academics. But college life doesn’t end by just learning those theories; we have to apply it through training that will present our chosen career. Practicum is a part of a course consisting of practical work in a particular field. A college practicum is a period intensely focused practical application of classroom and textbook theories and case studies to the actual world of work. It includes on-the-job training and observation and it is designed to give students supervised practical application of a previously or concurrently studied theory.
. It also helps the students to acquire relevant knowledge and skills by performing in actual work setting. Colleges and universities require their students to undergo such training within a specific number of hours as part of the curriculum.  For the students, an OJT provides opportunities to go through the actual methodologies...
