Politique sur l’usage des technologies mobiles de l’Industrielle Alliance (IA).

1.0 Raison d’être
La raison d’être de cette politique est de mettre en place des procédures de contrôle du matériel informatique mobile, des restrictions d’utilisation à des fins de sécurité et des protocoles d’accès sécurisés au matériel de stockage amovible contenant des informations confidentielles de l’IA.

2.0 Portée
La portée de cette politique englobe l’utilisation de tout matériel ...view middle of the document...

Il est strictement défendu d’utiliser le matériel informatique de l’IA ou les données propres à l’IA à des fins criminelles ou de mauvaise foi pour autrui. Il est également interdit d’utiliser le matériel ou les données de l’IA dans le but de se procurer des informations, logiciels, applications ou autres plateformes pouvant outrepasser le cadre de la propriété intellectuelle. Si un employé est témoin d’un usage prohibé de la part d’un autre employé de l’IA, il est de son devoir d’en informer immédiatement son gestionnaire ou le cadre associé à cet employé.

3.3 Usage personnel.
Tout matériel d’utilisation informatique mobile ainsi que périphériques de stockage appartenant à l’IA mis à la disposition de l’employé ne peut en aucun cas être utilisé à des fins personnelles ou pour un parti tiers non-relié à l’IA.

3.4 Surveillance.
Aucune intimité n’est accordée ou garantie à quelconque employé de l’IA. L’IA a tout droit de surveillance sur ses employés dans le cadre de son travail, sur les équipements de l’IA ou non, et ce de la façon qui lui convient le mieux. Une surveillance informatisée des logiciels, plateformes, équipement de stockage de l’IA ainsi que audio ou vidéo sur les lieux physiques de l’IA dirige le protocole de surveillance des employés de l’IA. Cependant, aucun règlement n’est assujetti à l’IA quant à l’obligation de surveiller le matériel de l’IA.

4.0 Application
Un salarié qui ne saurait se confondre à toutes les règles énoncées dans la présente politique pourrait se voir sanctionné de la manière dont l’IA jugera pertinente, voir jusqu’au congédiement. L’IA peut également utiliser des recours légaux afin de couvrir des dommages qui auraient pu être causés par le non respect de la politique.
