The current state of affairs and ability for Kudler Fine Foods to initiate a frequent shopper program are at an all-time high. Technically speaking, Kudler already has a system in place that records what is sold and to whom, (once the frequent shopper program takes place), and should be able to compensate this change in the system with the current information systems that they have in place. The only addition would be a customer database that would contain all pertinent information when the customer signs up for this program which will be kept confidential and not sold to third parties.
Operations within the company should remain constant, or actually increase due to the outstanding benefits that the company is willing to offer its customers. With such fine rewards, the amount of customers should increase due to word of mouth advertising.
Initially, the cost of inputting this system should be minimal, in the range of 25,000 dollars for setup and installation, promotional needs, and advertising costs. The added benefits of this program will far outweigh the costs of this startup due to the increases in customer satisfaction, decreases in customer complaints, and overall satisfaction, an intangible result. As well as increased customer purchases.
