Supercuts goal of redesigning their salon to increase their profit and customers is attainable and can be achieved in a timely manner. Supercuts understand that 24 months is a long time for an interior designer to complete a task. If the interior designer has completed the task before the original dead line, then Supercuts will save money. Supercuts are willing to invest time and money to increase their net income. Supercuts has set a realistic goal for the salons future success.
Project Technical planning is thinking of what project activity we will do before we do it. Planning methods have provided project managers well in planning designed for their projects. However, a complete, realistic, accurate and up to date plan ahead of the most important work on a project is initiated is often missing. Keep in mind to update plan as the project developments, and evaluate growth adjacent to the plan.
