A persons personality is unique to that person there are no two people in the world that have the same personalities. A person’s personality comes over time as they grow up to be an adult. As a person grows they learn what they like and what they do not. What a person goes thought in their life growing up can make them what they are as an adult. The psychodynamic theory says that a person’s behavior comes from psychological forces that happened in their life. If a person is raped at a young age, this could be a big part of their life and how they act. If anything happens to a person as they are growing up this could make them who they are as an adult.

Which can be a good combination when it comes to leadership? Trait theory also affects one’s emotional stability, but could also benefit your interpersonal skills. How the traits in the trait theory are expressed is influenced by learning experiences, development of skills, and the ability to choose our own actions. Theorists of the trait theory think that it is more productive to change, or modify, behaviors as opposed to changing embedded traits. It is about developing skills that enable us to better handle our inherited traits that are not always pleasing, such as neuroticism. People tend to think that trait theories are labeling behavior instead of explaining it.
Sociocultural theory is the view that our sense of self and our ability to adjust to society is based on social and cultural factors. These factors include discrimination, gender, culture, and socioeconomic status. Individualism versus collectivism is also a big part of the sociocultural theory.
