Carefully examine the importance of information planning and activity controlling when making effective decisions. GB519: The assignments in this course definitely helped me understand how to apply theory into practice, specifically the case analysis assignments that required us to answer real-life scenario questions (Carlson Department vs County sales loss from Hurricane)

Thinking global - interconnectedness
GB519: Study existing events that undergone internal and external factors that directly affect global organizations and their decisions for interconnectedness. GB519: Always interested in knowing how to think outside local boundaries. I’ve learned to analyze seasonal trends and occurrences which may help me understand how to forecast in locations outside of the U.S. The hurricane for example has helped me understand the impact it has on others which helped me relate it to the flood that recently happened in Thailand where our memory chips and hard drives are mostly made. This knowledge has definitely helped my savings account during my black Friday shopping.
