In this chapter, the process of the research methods will be presented. The following will point out some problems and limitations for the dissertation. In addition, some shortcomings and inadequacies that need to improve. This chapter will be divided into seven parts: it includes research objective and question, research approach and strategies, design of research tools, piloting research tools, carrying out data collection, problems and problems and limitations, and conclusion and future prospects.

2.3.2 Research strategy
This dissertation uses the primary data to support the research results. In the primary data, there is quantitative data. It is a street survey using the questionnaire to collect data. In order to know more how people think of innovation culture effect Google’s development, questionnaire is the suitable method to carry out the research. Questionnaires can provide standardized interview for all subjects. It will help the analysis and understanding of the data.
2.4 Design of research tools
2.4.1 Process of questionnaire design
In the planning period, it is necessary to think about the research objective, according to the research objective to design research question. The questionnaire is divided into three parts. It is necessary to research more information about corporate culture, leadership style and motivation methods. At the beginning of the questionnaire design, there were 15 closed questions in the questionnaire.

In order to collect the objective data, the most proper way is to use the random sample. It would be more convincing. This research is to know how people think about innovation culture effect Google’s development. Thus a random sample selection is a suitable way.
About the sample size, the limitation of time and money to do the research, it is impossible to survey all the population. In the end, fifty questionnaires are the sample for the dissertation.
