Now, offering meals with unlimited rice are very popular in the market. There hasn’t been any Unli-rice Barbecue House here in Gensan. If push through, this can be the birth of the Unli-rice Barbecue House in the place. Thus, the researcher comes up with the study on putting- up an Unli-rice Barbeque House in General Santos City.

The researcher chose to do the study of putting up an Unli-rice
Barbeque House in General Santos City for the reason that in doing so; offering meals with unlimited rice has a highly noticeable market demand and the proposed business will be very visible because it will be the unique Unli-rice Barbecue House in the city. Also, the existing competitors of the proposed business offer a higher price that’s why the researcher wants to study if the proposed business would be feasible.
