The Teacher-Student Dynamics
Teacher student dynamics plays an important ROLE while interacting with the students in a classroom. In most of the cases the success of a class depends on teacher student dynamics. Often it is noticed through teacher student dynamics that to what extent the students are learning their lessons & if the methods teachers use for making the teaching successful are working or not. As the whole process of learning is based on the teachers & students, it is the teacher student dynamics should be given more emphasize.

But these thinks will not work if the communication is not that much effective between the teacher & learner. Here the process of "need analysis" might be handful for the teacher, By need analysis the teacher can find out the exact process he should follow to make his teaching successful. Based on the methods the teacher student interaction is done in a classroom. So a teacher has to be very careful before using any particular teaching methods as he must deal with the students as the methods suggest him to do.
In a language class there might be students from different educational backgrounds where students are used to different methods of learning. This situation is very challenging as well as interesting for the teacher because he has to cope up with the situation & try to manage the class such a way every student can relate to the class. The teacher also has to be very careful about designing proper syllabus for the students. He has to be equal to every student but at the same time manage the weak students & strong students in an intelligent way. So this is another important factor that controls the teacher student dynamics in a language class.
The teacher has to motivate the students properly as not every students have the same motivation level. Those who lack proper motivation must be given more attention. The teacher has to make the class interesting for the students so that they get motivated for learning the target language.
In conclusion it can be said that the success of a language class mostly depends on the teacher student dynamics. A teacher has to be very careful about his approach in a language class. It is the teacher student dynamics which plays the most important role in a language learning class.
