This reason made me to think of the risk prevention. In the beverages, company like Coca-Cola can be highly affected if there are any problems in their supply chain management.
Risk management means, "Coordinated actives to direct and control an organisation with respect to risk". Risk management mainly deals with the negative impacts of internal and external disturbances to avoid production interruptions.
Key words: Coca-Cola Enterprise, Project risk management, Risk identification, Resilience.

Introduction
Company Description:
Coca-Cola history began in the year of 1886 by an Atlanta pharmacist, Dr John S. Pemberton. He created the formula of soft drink that is selling at soda fountains. Now it is the leading soft drink in the world. This company owns more than 500 brands of beverages all over the world across 196 countries. It sells around 1.8 billion bottles of beverages a day. This company has more than 275 bottlers, which are responsible for packing, producing, distributing and merchandising. This company operates as a franchised distribution system from the year of 1889 (Coca-Cola History, 2015).
Companies like Coca-Cola need to satisfy the customers' demands with diverse preferences. As the company is supplying a most demanded product, it should concentrate more on supply chain management. It may create negative impacts on external risks outside the company like natural disasters and internal risks like process related risks, demand risks and production risks (Thun & Hoenig, 2011).
Today Coca-Cola Company does not have any risk management strategy to handle internal and external disturbances occurring in its supply chain activities. Their company has control over internal processes and its disturbances based on a more reactive approach than a proactive strategy and exists no guidelines of how to identify and handle risks and their impact upon the business. Risk should be identifying at respective levels in the organisation and thereafter a process be created to address these risks and disturbances. Further, companies should have a documented risk management policy and formal roles to perform a systematic risk management process. The main objective of this article is to figure out the internal disturbances, to identify the most critical risks within supply chain a production processes at Coca-Cola.
Mission statement:
The companies enduring roadmap starts with its mission. It is going to declare their purpose as a company, which weight their actions and decisions.
* To inspire moments of happiness and optimism
* To create values and make a difference
* To refresh the world
Vision statement:
Their vision serves as a framework to their roadmap and guides at every aspect of their business by what to do to achieve their goals and objectives in order to achieve quality and sustainable growth (Mission, Vision & Values, n.d.).
Risk:
Risk is unavoidable and present in each human circumstance. It is...
